Q3 saw the introduction of crypto and blockchain news reviews. We believe that we must be aware and keep tabs on what the industry is up to, leverage emerging opportunities such as the Web3 and create more awareness of our products and solutions (the Blade app and the Self-serve platform).
Crypto winter has been with the industry for some time now. During quarter 3, fewer tasks were launched on our new platform-The Beta Partner (Self-serve platform). We shall continue engaging our community, inviting more people to use our app, and running social media campaigns on our blockchain solution. Ultimately this will give value to the ADB token ecosystem.

Our 2022 Goals Progress — OKR progress
Summary of Adbank’s progress in 2022:
You can find our last big roadmap update here. In this post, we outlined what has been achieved so far, and the goals for 2022.
2022 goals are:
- The successful launch and growth of the task marketplace adding features, more tasks, scaling as more people use it, etc.
- Solve the issue of Ethereum transaction costs being too high by investigating a layer 2 sidechain.
- Increase marketing activities with the inclusion of videos to reach more new users and result in more Blade downloads and adoption of the self-serve platform.

Jon (CEO) Outlook:
The development of Blade Web3 is at an advanced stage and will place users in an advantageous position to execute tasks seamlessly in the marketplace. Tech support will continue to ensure our users have a great experience both with the Blade app and the Beta Partner (self-serve platform).
We are exploring more options to allow users to fund their self-serve accounts to run microtasks for their social media. Whereas ADB is the primary token to fund your account, we have an option for those facing any challenge to access the same, sending us USD and funding their account with ADB to run social media campaigns. Here’s a user’s step-by-step guide on funding a Blade Beta Partner account.
We shall continue to explore a competitive pricing model to make the launching of tasks more affordable to our community.
This quarter, we shall also explore a new model that would greatly benefit the future of Adbank. We shall issue the communication very soon.

Update on Key Areas of Business:
Tech:
Bug fixes and tech updates will be implemented throughout the year as the need arises.
The Blade Web3 version is a work in progress.
Team:
You can see everyone on the team on the website at adbank.network. We shall continue adding human capital resource(s) when the need arises to support the business and serve our community effectively.
For now, the team is working on aggressive user acquisition strategies and incorporating tech updates.
Financial/Runway:
With the launch of the self-serve platform, we look forward to many more tasks being completed, growing more Blade users to execute these tasks and these will positively impact the ecosystem!
Our runway model projects well into 2023+ at the current run rate/value. By reducing costs in key areas, we can focus on top-performing areas like the Task Marketplace.
Blade Web3 version and competitive task pricing will open up a world of opportunities for the Blade Task marketplace, the self-serve platform, and result in the continued extension of our runway.
Sales and marketing:
The Task Marketplace has been the key area of focus and shall remain so in the foreseeable future. Quarter three saw the deepening of relations with existing clients and reaching out to new prospects to join our community and also run campaigns on the Beta Partner (Blade Self-serve platform).
The marketing and advertising spaces are always evolving. In Q4 we shall embrace existing strategies as well as incorporate trends to reach out to more people to join our community and sample our products and services.
BLADE:
Promotion, Marketing & Technology
We shall run promotions from time to time. The referral promotion remains a permanent fixture whereby Blade users earn 10% of the rewards earned by people they refer! HODL rewards will also be integrated soon into the new platform.
Publicity to create awareness, coupled with marketing efforts for BLADE and the Self-serve platform will continue. We intend to expand our Adbank community so more people can use our products and services thus creating value for the ecosystem. Find out how Blade and Adbank work in this blog post.
The tech team is and will keep undertaking regular tech updates for better and improved user experience for the Task Marketplace. Any fixes will be implemented throughout 2022.
Bug Fixes:
Nothing is ever perfect, so we plan to have the resources available to quickly fix any bugs or issues that surface throughout the year.
